He brought in his subs to replace the flooring, subfloor, toilet flange, sheetrock, ceiling, popcorn texture, and painting. Everything he did and all of his subcontractors were fantastic. I bought a custom-ordered Koehler toilet from Home Depot (never again. I then scheduled Nate to install. Short story: the toilet bowl was broken, and it would take Home Depot weeks to get get a new one. Nate called Ferguson in Plymouth — they had the same model. Nate picked it up and we had a new toilet in :45 minutes!"
