We had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that damaged a downstairs ceiling and the subfloor. He brought in his subs to replace the flooring, subfloor, toilet flange, sheetrock, ceiling, popcorn texture, and painting. Everything he did and all of his subcontractors were fantastic. Highly recommend Luke and his professionalism.

Had our basement finished by Luke in first half of 2018. We hired Luke because he listened to what we wanted and provided a great plan to maximize the available space within our modest budget. He worked at a steady pace with an apprentice to do the majority of the work -- framing, egress window install, drywall, multiple door install, closets, shower surround install, painting and flooring. What he couldn't do legally, he hired competent helpers: plumber, electrician, and HVAC. I would not hesitate to hire Luke. He is a friendly communicator, excellent craftsman and a man of integrity (you can take him at his word).

Mr Clark was kind, a great worker, did what he said, when he said, and I would hire him again in a minute.

I hired Luke to refinish the woodworking and molding around the windows of my townhouse. He did an excellent job and finished the work according to the set schedule. Personable and professional. I would highly recommend Luke for any type of woodworking/refinishing projects. Also affordable .

I hired Clark Construction for several projects on my home. Luke did a fantastic job at an affordable price. The quality of the products was excellent as was the craftsmanship of the work. The timeline of the project from start to finish was reasonable and was followed. The projects I had completed were: replacing 11 interior doors, replacing the spindles on my staircase, and refinishing my kitchen cabinets. Full basement finishing. Work included framing, drywall, painting, trim and cabinet install, and floor tiles. He also hung all doors and installed one egress window.

I had a terrific experience working with Mr. Clark on my roofing job in 2011. Mr. Clark who has had mutiple years experience working on Roofs agreed to complete my roofing job. Mr. Clark was so meticulous and organized when completing the roofing job. His price was great and he lived up to his promises and competed the job on schedule. Luke was very thorough in approaching our remodeling projects. He went over all of his design suggestions and made sure we understood what he intended to do as well as why. He was prompt on the job, and cleaned up after the work was done. He built our deck and porch to last a very long time. Very solid. Fun to work with.

Luke repaired a leaky toilet and dryer duct cleaning. He was able to get to and finish the job quickly. After hiring two different handymen for projects Mr. Clark is the only one I would call to do work again.

I was very satisfied with the work done for me by Clark Custom Construction. He did a drop ceiling, doors etc. What I liked was the Luke met with me regarding the projects and the materials were on site before he started. No time wasted. I would recommend Clark Custom Construction to anyone.

We had Luke do a number of different projects, including stone work on the exterior of the house. Trim work on the garage, (installing vinyl) and framing of a sagging 40 foot long overhang that was crucial to my solar home. The work was done completely (only delays were due to bad weather) very professionally and to my total satisfaction. He was honest and upfront about everything that needed to be done..

Luke refinished our deck, built us a fantastic fire pit with stone around it and put in flagstone steps to give the deck a whole new look. He was outstanding in his skill and obtained quality materials for the best price. He battled crazy weather, blood thirsty gnats! He is a great communicator and always had our best interests in mind. We have a beautiful space to enjoy now and we would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I needed extensive work done on a foreclosure and Clark Custom gave me an accurate estimate of the job, performed the work within my timeframe, worked around the schedules of other services, and always did the job right the first time.
