The installation went well. They responded quickly to me and were very communicative. I just think that it was a bit over priced. I paid it because I had no other option at the time

Very, very expensive for replacement of one small section of pipe and a valve. Location was easy to access but needed city to turn off water to house. On second trip, plumber was not prepared with basic parts and needed a third trip. Professional when on site but did not give details/breakdown on why the cost was so high.

Happy they were able to fit me into their schedule relatively quickly. They explained everything, were on time, cleaned-up afterward. I was not able to do comparison pricing. I was not sure how long my malfunctioning pump would continue to work. I selected them based on good reviews. I may have been able to save some money with someone else, but I do not feel like the price was too high. You get what you pay for. I’m very happy with what they did.

We needed to put in an egress window in our basement and there are many reputable companies out there who can install egress windows. However, our basement already had existing wall anchor plates which significantly complicated the egress window install. Complete Basement Systems was the only company willing to take on the project and had experience with such systems. The solution was to remove the wall anchor plates, replace them with wall braces, and install the egress window. Cody and his crew called 1 week ahead of time to verify install details and allowed me to ask questions on how I could prep the area for their work. They set the schedule to arrive at 9:00 AM on day 1 to perform the work, which they arrived on-time and promptly began work. The day they performed the work, unfortunately, happened to also be the hottest day of the year. Cody and his crew work without one single complaint, they worked through lunch without a break, remained professional and positive. Given the extent of the work that needed to be done, they needed to return the following day to complete the install of the window. Cody and his crew worked incredibly hard, were professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. I would not hesitate to hire Complete Basement Systems again for any future work we would need to be done in our basement and would highly recommend them to anyone considering basement improvements/repairs/remodels.

I was disappointed in the beginning when I didn’t receive a response from the sales rep after 3 contact attempts. It turned out he left for another job. The reason for us hiring them is because we really liked his business ethics and trusted him based on his military background. They office staff was very professional in handling the matter and reassured me the work would be complete to high standards. I wasn’t present but my husband said they were very professional. They worked hard to keep things clean and were accommodating to the needs of our pet birds who required that the furnace remain on. However I’m dissapointed that they did not discuss if they completed the radon testing or not like they said they would. The only other issue is that we did financing through them and they needed a paper signed. Instead of leaving the dorm with us the first day to give them the second they gave it to us the second day which meant my husband had to take more time off to drive to my work to have me sign it then drive it back to them before returning to work himself. I’m not 100% sure if I’d hire them again. It depends on if we find out if they did the radon testing or not.

Began with complete basement for sump pump & tile around basement. Next was new windows in basement & complete air unit. Installed last item was vapor barrier in crawl space. We now have a great usable basement.

They went above and beyond, telling me the water softener was broken and told the furniture delivery people where to put it when I couldn't get it rescheduled for when I would be there. They kept me informed during the entire process. Very professional

They came when they said. They covered carpet & furniture. They worked late & were fast. They stayed lat the 2nd day & called in more crew to finish. They cleaned p after themselves. Were courteous & business like. We were very impressed with the company & how fast they were and the good job they did.
