Hired them to move an existing antenna from my attic to my roof. The estimate was great, and they actually came in a bit below their estimate. However, when they came to do the work, I expressed concerns that they were mounting it directly behind a 6" stovepipe. The installer blew me off, saying it wouldn't make any difference. The antenna didn't pick up adequate signal at first, and he told me that he just needed to 'tune' it, which apparently meant turning it and seeing where it got the best signal. They ended up turning it away from the stovepipe, which also pointed it away from the broadcast towers. Signal was passable, but mediocre (weaker than it was in the attic), so I called them to have them come back and move it. They agreed to do so for free. The same guy came back and was clearly interested in just doing the bare minimum possible to do the job. He stated that the cable was too short to move the antenna and that he was going to splice a new one on. I told him that I'd prefer him to pull a new run since I had plenty of cable available. He blew me off at first, but his assistant agreed. It only took 5 minutes to do. When it was installed in FRONT of the stovepipe, the signal was very much improved, but still a little weak on one channel. I asked him to 'tune' it like he had before, and he blew me off, saying it was pointed towards the towers and was as good as it was going to get. When I protested, he plugged in the meter to verify that it was adequate, but refused to turn the antenna to see if it could be improved, stating that it wouldn't make a difference, despite telling me the exact opposite during initial installation. His assistant seemed far more interested in actually helping me than the installer was. It is possible that my problem was just with the one employee rather than the company as a whole.

I sent in my reguest thru Home advisor this morning and had a phone call 15 minutes later. Kevin and Adrian stopped by around 1pm, gave me the GREAT price, and did the install right then and there. In less then 2 hours I had a working TV antenna, and could call Charter and tell them to KMA! Love you guys! Thanks for everything, and I will tell all my friends!

they over charged me y at least 40 bucks, and I found an opening in my basement where they ran some antenna cables through the wall not to be sealed up,letting in cold air.
