There is nothing more devastating than waking up to water In your finished basement! They have an Excellent and hard working staff All-Star basements. My basement had water issues a couple years ago. They installed drain tile and a sump pump. Since then, we have not had any water issues. I love that the system they put In Comes with a lifetime warranty so Iâ ll never have to worry again. All-Star installed 2 sump pumps in our basement. The estimate was fair and our questions and change request were accommodated courteously and professionally. On install day, the team arrived as promised and brought in extra guys and worked late to complete it in one day. I appreciated the communication before to confirm the job (including the suggestion to cover everything to avoid dust) and the follow-up call the week after.

After dealing with water intrusion in our basement for years, I finally decided to see what I could do to fix it. After getting numerous estimates, I moved ahead with the work with All-Star Basements. Not only did they give me a great price, but they did not try to sell me many extra things I did not need. They put a waterproofing system in 3/4 of my basement and a sealed sump system that is quiet and working great! I have not had any water all summer and am very happy! Although the job itself was somewhat messy, they cleaned up very well and made sure I was happy and satisfied before they left. I was recommended them by a friend who has been a realtor for many years and he was right... great company and I have a dry basement now! My dehumidifier I had always run before now runs much less and has no problem keeping up when it does run. I had them back a few weeks ago to Mud Jack a driveway section that was uneven and that went very well also. It is now level and only took a few hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They had someone come over the next work day. They told us how important the problem was (the repair wasn't absolutely necessary, they told us), and offered a cheaper solution than other companies, with a lifetime guarantee! The quote and assessment they provided was free of charge. They guy really seemed to be interested in doing a good job. My realtor was there, he works with a lot of contractors, and I think he was very satisfied with them. The results of the job were good. Just as advertised.

The crew that showed up at my home was very hard working, and did a nice job - I recieved .jpg images of the work in progress to keep with other info about my my home in case I may need it later.

Quality of work was high. Washer, dryer, and utility sink were moved due to work and not reinstalled, presumably so new concete could cure, but not communicated. Otherwise fast quality work. No such thing as a cheap sump system.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All-Star to anyone. The service was above and beyond my expections; I can't say enough good about the crew. Even through adversity, they kept smiling and remained friendly and professional.
