They called me at work to let me know that they had finished the project. I returned home to find the area cleaned up and a brand spanking new furnace installed along with A/C and new thermostat. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well.
