The plumber we normally use was unable to replace our leaking hot water heater due to a injury. We like to support local small business, and after doing a search and reading reviews I decided to contact "Dooty Calls". After talking with Yuriy and having a comfortable conversation I scheduled a appointment for the following morning for Yuriy to evaluate the project. He showed up early for the appointment (a good sign), evaluated the project and realized our heater was warranted for 9 years and it was only in the seventh year. He called the manufacter and got us a new replacement unit, which he installed to current codes. We are completely satisfied, and highly recommend Dooty Calls.

Yuriy was awesome and literally responded within 10 minutes of my Home advisor request. I received a call from him on Saturday morning and we scheduled time for Monday to replace a water softener. He removed the old and installed/setup the new water softener all while answering my questions along the way. I hold highly recommend Yuriy!

Yuriy runs and very reliable and honest business. I thought my water heater was broke. Yuriy explained that my pilot light went out he restarted it and would not take any money for his service call. I will keep him in my contacts knowing that Yuriy is honest and kind. When my water heater does need to be replaced I will call him and not even think about getting other estimates because he is so honest.

Great experience! I had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced right away. Spoke with Yuriy and he was here in 2 hours AND had the job completed in 1 hour! In addition I had already gotten quotes from several other plumbers and he came in $400-500 less! Would night recommend!
