"During the estimate ($550-$650) they told us if we cleared the bathe ourselves it would save some money. So we had the space prepped when they arrived. Al got the lead pipe out in record time. My husband and I ran out during the replacement and picked up a new toilet so he wouldn't put the old nasty one back and he gave us some recommendations on which ones to look at. He seemed almost as excited as we were about the new toilet. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself. He took a little extra time to ensure the toilet was level and even caulked it once it was installed."

They called me at work to let me know that they had finished the project. I returned home to find the area cleaned up and a brand spanking new furnace installed along with A/C and new thermostat. Overall, they did a good job and were professional. The sales dept is a bit pushy but I feel I got a good product."
