We had Roger and several other masonry contractors out in the spring to give bids on the above described work, and were surprised by how high all the quotes were, so we decided to hold off doing the work until later in the year. While Rogers Masonry was not the lowest of the bids, it was competitive. But what really made Roger stand out over the several months between bidding and hiring was his clear knowledge about, and genuine passion for, the work that he does (he's been in the business since 1976 and his lead crew member has been with him for 20 years!). "I hired Luke to fill windows wells that we wanted to eliminate. He was thorough in explaining the process to me and was even able to give me a bid using pictures I had sent him (due to COVID-19 we were/are trying to reduce exposure). So many of our home projects that we have tackled with contractors have had some sort of issue (joys of a fixer upper). However, this project went off without a hitch. "Robert has consistently provided exceptional service.  I first hired him because he was the only one who quickly recognized the unique bricks needed for the repair I requested, and he did such an amazing job with the repair that we did not paint over his work (which makes this the only unpainted brickwork in our home's exterior).  I subsequently hired him to repair the exposed areas of our limestone foundation, which had decayed considerably over the decades.  Again, he did a great job.  After doing this, he suggested some maintenance to my exterior which I would not have even noticed.  I waited a year before having him do it, but now realize how much work needed to be done and appreciate his service.
I am fairly meticulous and reluctant to endorse somebody, but I would strongly recommend Robert for masonry work.  In addition to his exceptional service, he is a really good guy!

"I picked Artistic Landscape by reviewing Angie's List for Landscaping providers. I had identified five companies that I was interested in, with Artistic Landscape being my first choice. I ended up only contacting Artistic Landscape.  I was looking for a small company who would be able to provide design work and the installation services. Chris Baker (owner) came over four about an hour and listened to what we were looking for.  Instead of sending us a quote, he came back two weeks later with a CAD drawing and presented us a design for our review. We discussed different stone (for the sitting wall) and different pavers for the patio/sidewalk.  We had the option to change things up if we wanted to.  After choosing Artistic Landscape, Chris came back again to show us actual samples of stone and pavers to finalize our design. 
The implementation went smoothly. It took them about 4.5 days to get the work done.  Chris had two guys doing landscaping and two guys doing pavers and stone walls. Chris was also here most of the time working with them as well.  In addition, Chris had my six year old in the bobcat (technically a compact track loader) for 10 minutes while he was loading up the dump truck on the second day.  
Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  We would gladly use him again and recommend him to friends/neighbors.

"1). I contacted a lot of Angie's list cement contractors to replace our old sidewalk and got bids from a half a dozen different contractors. Tony the owner of Form and Pour provided a timely free quote. His bid was a lot lower than most of the other bids. 2). He had very good references 3). Additionally he was willing to re-do my landscaping (remove old plants, raise the grade, plant my new plants and haul in new rock at a very low additional price 4). After selecting him to do job, he committed to starting the job in about (3) weeks. He actually was able to start and complete the work ahead of that time! 5). Tony and his additional (2) man team were very professional! It was very obvious that they knew what they were doing. They had the old sidewalk out within a couple of hours and were pouring the first of the new sidewalk on the 2nd day and the remainder on the 3rd day. 6). They had the knowledge, ability, work ethic and great equipment that all worked together to get a great job done. 7). We are very pleased with our new great curb appeal (see pictures). 8). Tony is the best contractor that we have ever dealt with for any home improvement!"
