"In Aug./Sep. 2019, Rogers Masonry did a tear-down of our decrepit stuccoed chimney, followed by a beautiful brick re-build. The project posed some every unique challenges that Roger handled with a high level of professionalism and diligence. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in all chimney-related matters and provided almost-daily progress reports to document the work his crew was performing. His communication was exemplary, and he was responsive to our questions/concerns, all of which he promptly addressed. We were especially appreciative of the many pictures of the ongoing work that Roger provided throughout the project. We have already had the opportunity to make a referral for Roger and hope to work with him on another chimney project in 2020."

"We received bids from Artistic Landscapes and one other provider. We were impressed by Chris's professionalism and his design. We also thought his pricing was very fair. This patio project was completed in two days, and the results were absolutely amazing. Chris's team arrived promptly in the morning, were extremely respectful of the space, worked extremely hard, and cleaned up after themselves. I was particularly impressed that after completing the patio, two members of his team returned to place new sod and grass around the patio where the machine had torn up the grass, the painstaking effort they put into making it fit the curves of the new patio, and, again, the cleanup. The attention to detail was very impressive--I even saw some of Chris's workers on their hands and knees making small chips in the antique-looking, rustic stones we chose to make it look more authentic. We have received many, many compliments on this new patio and feel that it was money very well spent. No funny business, no hidden charges (when Chris found that subterranean structure and had his team remove it, he told us about it so we weren't surprised by the extra charges), and he stayed within the original estimate, notwithstanding the unexpected structure. Chris was respectful and work began quickly. We will definitely use them again."

They finished the project 2 weeks after booking. The workmen were effiecent, made sure to cover everything so nothing got covered with dust, they even swept! "Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"
