And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I was very pleased with the service I got. Not only were my ducts cleaned for the first time since 1968 (!), I learned a little more about my house in the process. Danny took the time to explain things to me as the process went along and made other observations about my house not related to duct cleaning. They were a little late to arrive, I think it was by a couple hours. I did get a phone call letting me know and when I could expect them to arrive so I could use that time wisely."
