My overall experience and satisfaction, ie customer service, quality of the work, work ethic, professional and friendly demeanor, by far outshines any previous experiences I’ve had with other companies, and believe me, I feel like I’ve tried them all over the years! Matt and Bryan explained the warranty and guaranteed customer satisfaction, used techniques that had never been done in past cleanings and even came back a second time, after the carpet dried, to work on a very stubborn area that in the past has never come totally clean. In comparison to past results and experiences with other companies, well, there is no comparison, Daisy exceeded my expectations. "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"They were great but. You need to not do this to your employees. They shouldn?t be given such long pay for there experience and shouldn?t be given another job after closing hours. That cause them to be over worked. You need to be fair and flexible. I?ve had them come to my place and clean and the were working way past closing hours. That?s unfair to them. Do better or you will not have my service again. I dont knowhow you can even have Andrew work for 8 years and not be given a raise. Plz do better that?s all im asking of you. Start bringing more machines to places so this doesn't happen. Pay them more or have more people and machines."

"I was very pleased with the service I got. Not only were my ducts cleaned for the first time since 1968 (!), I learned a little more about my house in the process. Danny took the time to explain things to me as the process went along and made other observations about my house not related to duct cleaning. They were a little late to arrive, I think it was by a couple hours. I did get a phone call letting me know and when I could expect them to arrive so I could use that time wisely."
