The really nice chair that required hand cleaning looks brand new. We can't believe it. I thought the dining chairs were beyond hope and they exceeded my expectations. So I noticed it had some brown spots and called and the guy came back out later that day and treated it and instructed me to call if anything else came back and as I noticed my area rug had the same marks a week later and called and again Dan came out that day and treated the rug! With in minutes on both trips the problem was solved and he was very polite and has never asked for more money! He said that's why we guarantee our work and actually stand behind it! And he wasn't kidding after 3 trips out and just as pleasant as if it was the 1st trip. I will never use anyone else"
