"Jim was very conscientious about getting my gutters and downspouts well cleaned and leaving my property clean when the job was done. I will hire him again."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Jim was great. We needed our couches and rugs cleaned and he did a top notch job, We were ready to get rid of our couch due to dog odor and the treatment he did made it like new again. He was very friendly on the phone and accommodated us last minute due to our schedule. The pricing seemed fair if not low for the service he provided."

"I was very pleased with the service I got. Not only were my ducts cleaned for the first time since 1968 (!), I learned a little more about my house in the process. Danny took the time to explain things to me as the process went along and made other observations about my house not related to duct cleaning. They were a little late to arrive, I think it was by a couple hours. I did get a phone call letting me know and when I could expect them to arrive so I could use that time wisely."
