The really nice chair that required hand cleaning looks brand new. We can't believe it. I thought the dining chairs were beyond hope and they exceeded my expectations. My overall experience and satisfaction, ie customer service, quality of the work, work ethic, professional and friendly demeanor, by far outshines any previous experiences I’ve had with other companies, and believe me, I feel like I’ve tried them all over the years! Matt and Bryan explained the warranty and guaranteed customer satisfaction, used techniques that had never been done in past cleanings and even came back a second time, after the carpet dried, to work on a very stubborn area that in the past has never come totally clean.
