"Happy Housecleaners have done such a nice job for us for years. They are detail oriented, prompt, reliable, easy to communicate with (especially when away at work), and do a consistently thorough job in all that we ask them to do, including kitchen (countertops, stovetop, microwave etc), bathrooms (sink, mirrors, tile), vacuuming, dusting, etc. They vacuum our furniture, which I love. Baseboards, blinds and inside of fridge is extra. We have hired them to do a separate carpet cleaning ($120) and also a move-out cleaning which was spotless. When our new home is built, we will be restarting with them again on a monthly basis when we move in! I would not give the slightest hesitation to referring them to anyone looking for a high quality team who cares about their work and dearly about their clients too."

"Nothing short of amazing. 4 dining chairs with spots on them, 3 living room chairs, a sofa and an arm chair with very expensive fabric (hand cleaning). We started with the dining room chairs and two living room chairs, I didn't expect much because the spots had been there awhile. We were amazed so had them back to do the rest of the house. The really nice chair that required hand cleaning looks brand new. We can't believe it. I thought the dining chairs were beyond hope and they exceeded my expectations. They guys were great, full compliance with being masked up and did a great job. They clearly do not rush through and care about the end result, they're busy guys but they're worth it. "After doing it ourselves with a Bissell for years, we decided to have the carpets professionally cleaned (15 years for the basement, 7 years for the main floor). We've had three kids and two dogs (from puppy to elderly). Needless to say, there were spots. And stains. And I don't really even want to know what else was embedded in those carpets. Now I don't have to worry about it. Justin and Ryan did a fabulous job. It's beyond remarkable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. They did two sets of stairs, the big basement room (3 spaces there - room for a ping pong table, couches & TV and a dining table), an office, family room, living room and the upstairs landing. Looks like new. Guess we'll have to keep the carpet for a while longer. It's the only drawback."

"After I reached out, Mike called me back in less than an hour and we scheduled the job for early the following week at a fair price. Mike and his two assistants were great, thorough, yet expeditious. They arrived on time, explained everything, worked through the home for each air return and register, took care to clean up after themselves including vacuuming around each work areas, Mike apprised me of how much debris was found, provided before and after pictures of the duct conditions, and his crew left the home neat when the departed in less than an hour and one half after servicing our 500 sq foot home. I would definitely recommend"

"(It went well except for an awful confusion.  I am having eye surgery, and contacted two cleaners via the List on Friday when my usual cleaner couldn't come.  I heard from one quite a bit, including over the weekend, and scheduled with them.  She updated me even as to time of arrival.
About 10 minutes before I was expecting them, two cleaners showed up and indicated they were ready for the job; they probably weren't clear what company they were with, as they were expecting to be there, and I was expecting a cleaner.  They had finished about half the house when the original cleaning service showed up.  So awful.  Anyway, I called the provider, and explained the situation and mixup.  She sent a couple more people over who worked on on floor while the others worked upstairs, and then came by herself to talk to me.
I found the cleaning to be good and very thorough.  All of the people were efficient and professional (though I might have caught the problem earlier had they been speaking English to one another, but that's hindsight).  The owner said she had learned a lesson, and so did I.  They did a fine job, despite the drama and confusion (not to mention the heat).

"No gutter work was done this time but they have cleaned the house gutters before and they do a great job.  The windows looked so bright and clean..never a streak or any mess left behind on floors, window sills, porch, etc.  It took many hours to power wash all the areas listed above. This is the first time I have had this work done.  Even the grill mat was cleaned and hung to dry. They removed the mold and mildew from the lower deck and porch railings, and from anything else that came to their attention as they worked.  I could watch the black water run down my driveway.  The pool decking looks new.  I have had them do work before but this is the first time for power washing.   Because of their great service and good work, I recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.
