We started with the dining room chairs and two living room chairs, I didn't expect much because the spots had been there awhile. We were amazed so had them back to do the rest of the house. The really nice chair that required hand cleaning looks brand new. We can't believe it. I thought the dining chairs were beyond hope and they exceeded my expectations. They guys were great, full compliance with being masked up and did a great job. They clearly do not rush through and care about the end result, they're busy guys but they're worth it. My overall experience and satisfaction, ie customer service, quality of the work, work ethic, professional and friendly demeanor, by far outshines any previous experiences I’ve had with other companies, and believe me, I feel like I’ve tried them all over the years! Matt and Bryan explained the warranty and guaranteed customer satisfaction, used techniques that had never been done in past cleanings and even came back a second time, after the carpet dried, to work on a very stubborn area that in the past has never come totally clean. In comparison to past results and experiences with other companies, well, there is no comparison, Daisy exceeded my expectations. "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
