I've used Rod and Four Seasons in the past - and they are true experts.  They are arborists first and foremost - there have been several times where I've suggest a limb to be removed here or there and Rod's declined and provided the reason why - -usually it's a growth or tree wellness issue.
With Rod you get true professionalism - trees and tall limbs taken down professionally with block & tackle.  Health of the canopy and trees is a foremost concern.  Trees with possible future split issues are harnessed back without cabling/drilling.  The safety in their approach is obvious: 2-men teams, buddy support, hard-hats, etc.  And the pricing is fairly good.  Clean up is fantastic, and they are flexible with wood-chips and firewood placement.
The only expectation you should lower slightly is punctuality: if Rod says he can get there in two weeks it may be three or
four....frankly I'm really happy with the value of his work, so I'm OK if there is a delay on when he can arrive.

They were retained by my neighborhood association to take down 3 diseased trees from the out lot. I called and asked if they wanted to take one down for us since they were going to be be in the neighborhood anyways. He came over and gave me an estimate, I told them to go ahead and do it whenever they did the neighborhood association's work. The day they took down the neighborhood associations trees, they just left without taking mine down. I called and asked what the deal was, he said it had gotten to be too late in the day. I think he just forgot about me. He said they would be back some time the next week to do mine, and never showed. The next week I called him again, he said he had machinary problems the previous week but assured me they would be out that week. He did not show again. I waited another 2 weeks for him to call me, he never did. After he had left me with a diseased elm in the yard for a full month, with the city hounding me to get it out the whole time, I eventually gave up and called someone else.

Branches were very high and large and it seemed like it would be a difficult project. Four Seasons made it look easy - because they are so good! They removed the branches carefully without disturbing the landscaping. Very skillful team and knowledgeable team. We highly recommend Four Seasons.

Both work areas were a tight squeeze -- in fact, one company refused to do the work for that very reason -- but the work was completed quickly and professionally, with good cleanup afterwards.

I've always been very pleased with their quality and service. He trims our large tree in a way that keeps it looking natural and far more attractive that the "cut all the low branches" approach I see with our neighbors' trim jobs. Very pleased.

Four Seasons Tree Service did the job they were supposed to do and quickly. I will give them an "A" on everything.

The workers showed up when they said they would. As the tree was cut down they were very careful to not damage the plantings on the ground. All brush was removed and the area was cleaned up nicely. I would recommend this company to anyone. They did a great job at a very reasonable price.

He has done work on numerous occasions for us and neighbors, at a much lower price than competitors, and a pleasant person to deal with. Mostly small to medium sized jobs.

Great quality for less money! I have had Rod (owner of Four Seasons) do a lot of work for me. He has done both tree removal and tree trimming. He is very knowledgeable and VERY affordable. He does great work and always show up when promised. The only problem I that he seems to be very busy and sometimes does not return phone calls. Keep trying, he is worth the wait.

Four Seasons Tree Service removed a tree that other companies had refused to attempt because of the size of the tree. He has done multiple jobs for me in the past and he is always very reasonable in terms of his price. They are good at communicating with me and I will continue to use them in the future.
