"Juan-B and Brett did a FANTASTIC job helping us replace a weather strip on our 26 year old sliding glass door. I did not want to take a chance ruining the door after I realized how amazing the engineering is on the weather stripping. I wasn’t sure if the aluminum cladding went over the stripping keeping it in place or not. The Juan and Brett team were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, confident and professional. They also assisted with helping us assess other door parts that we had questions about. I would recommend Pella doors and windows to anyone looking to replace them. "Both installers did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, and diligent. There is still a very tiny piece of debris in between the glass of one of the window windows. There needs to be better quality control when these panes of glass are put together to make sure they are completely debris and smudge free. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work that the technicians did"

"It went great. I'm pretty sure the old windows were the house's original ones (circa 1934) , and they were in very bad shape. Drafty, single-paned, lots of rot and decay in the frames. This was a job that couldn't be put off any longer. TCSP repaired ALL the frames, installed new double-paned thermal windows for most of the old ones. In the bathroom where the window frame was a particular disaster because of moisture, TCSP repaired the frame and installed a glass block window that lets in light but still provides privacy. On four windows which I did not wish to replace because I wanted to retain certain architectural features, TCSP, again repaired frames and then installed new screens and storms. From the beginning of the project, I was impressed by TCSP's focus on customer service. I interviewed and received estimates from several potential providers. Frankly, TCSP was the one I felt safest with. They gained my confidence that the job would be done well. Throughout the project communications and questions were responded to promptly. As a matter of fact, questions were encouraged. Answers and explanations were offered clearly (sometimes repeatedly) and always patiently. Here is what I wrote to Terry Stammen after the project was finished: Hello Terry, I want to thank you and everyone at Twin Cities Siding Professionals for my new windows. They're great. Getting a streak-free shine after cleaning your windows requires both the right cleaning solutions—which can either include warm water and dish soap or warm water and rubbing alcohol—and the right tools—namely, a squeegee and a microfiber cloth. To make your streak-free glass cleaner, combine one gallon of warm water with a few drops of dish soap, and mix. Apply with a sprayer or sponge, and then dry with a squeegee, microfiber cloth, or old black-and-white newspaper pages.
You should always pack glasses standing up. It will eliminate the pressure that comes with weight when delicate items are stacked on top of each other horizontally. Don’t forget to wrap each glass individually with bubble wrap, and don’t add anything on top except for additional padding. Always mark these boxes as fragile.
Using caulk is one of the simplest and most recommended methods to finish glass tile edges. It creates an elegant seam between the glass tile and the adjacent area, along with a waterproof seal. With this method, you want to use a caulk color that matches the grout and, along with the grout, compliments the tile. Make sure the caulk line is smooth and even. Alternatively, you can use a bullnose or tile trimming to edge, however, that will also require caulk to seal.
