Jonathan was great!! He steamed clean my tile and grout in my kitchen, dining room, and three bathrooms. He also sealed the grout after cleaning and regrouted two areas that had lost its grout. Complete satisfaction!!

Jonathan did a fantastic job replacing the grout in my shower and refreshing and color sealing the grout on the tile floor in my bathroom and laundry room. Great communications before and after completion if the job. Accurate estimate and fair price. Highly recommend.

He arrived a week later to do the work and each step he asked for my opinion and offered his expertise but was never pushy. The shower looked sooo much better AND for less than the quote!!! We upgraded our Master Bedroom Bathroom several years ago. In spite of our diligence in using a squeegee to remove excess water after each shower there eventually was a build up. Ran into this company at the Minneapolis Remodelers show and decided that I simply didn't want to spend the time to get a bunch of chemical cleaners and elbow grease to clean it up. So I hired The Grout Medic to come in. Jonathan did a great job, bringing it back to a like new condition in just a couple hours. Well worth it for us. Now I almost feel like skipping the squeegee process after each shower (after all who wants to do that when your still wet and not yet dressed) and simply bringing Johnathan back on a regular basis.
