The installers communicated well, showed up on time, and did an excellent job installing a glass shower door provided by us. They also took away all the refuse left from the installation. We recommend them highly and would use them again.

Expensive but quick turn around

Couldn't be more happy with BP Glass & Mirror. They did great work, were on time, and quick. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more.

BP Glass & Mirror responded quickly to our inquiry, set an appointment, and arrived promptly. After evaluating the project and knowledgeably discussing it, we received a written quote within an hour. A mere 8 days later they called to say the replacement glass was in and scheduled installation, which was accomplished that afternoon. Everything about working with BP glass has been a pleasure. The work was done quickly and efficiently with a quality product, and the cost very reasonable (especially considering that another company had quoted more that 50% more, but then declined the job because they didn’t work on the brand of door we have). I was struggling to find a company to cut my vanity mirror. This was a major concern as the rest of my bathroom remodel was progressing towards completion. After several phones calls to many companies that said they don’t cut mirrors I found the website for BP Glass. My phone call with BP Glass made my day, not only were they willing to cut my mirror I received same day service. They will be out to measure and quote my shower door next. Great service.
