I have 25 plus years experience in home renovation and remodeling. There is is not much that I have not seen and solved. Did I mention that I love tile? I perform many pre house listing repairs as well as many post house sale inspection repairs required for closing. I offer the "have it your way" program. If all you want is a custom walk in tile shower, there will be no pressure on you to gut the whole bathroom and rebuild. Insured and now a designated Angie's List Super Service Award recipient.

We do this in three ways; we inspect all of our jobs post completion to ensure quality craftsmanship, we only work in the Twin Cities and surrounding area, and we only install quality products.
"Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."
