"We couldn't be happier! Travis and his crew did a great job on our patio. It looks great and we have had lots of compliments from neighbors. Having a small backyard, we appreciated that Trinity used smaller-sized equipment to minimize the damage. They were helpful with the design and resolved some grading issues that had resulted in water in our garage each Spring. The key differentiator for us was the integrity and honesty of the company. We never felt like Trinity was trying to cut corners. In fact, there were a couple of days where they were on-site to perform a task (e.g. cutting control joints) and they chose to delay and make an extra trip because the concrete wasn't ready. It would have been easiest for them just to perform the task since they were already on-site, but they chose to delay in the best interest of our project. And...Trinity was actually one of the lower bids we received for this project."

"Kyle did an excellent job installing a concrete patio for us. He provided a quote quickly and was very responsive throughout the entire process. Our yard has a challenging slope to it and the project took a little longer than estimated, but Kyle kept us informed every step of the way and was able to modify the original design to ensure proper drainage and maximum space. You can tell he takes pride in his work by his attention to detail. He and his crew were great to work with, professional, and respectful of our neighbors' property."

"Seth responded in a timely manner, proposed several ways of solving the problem, and offered additional suggestions to help with the drainage around the stairwell, which was the source of the original damage. He was willing to look at the project holistically, and knowledgable on all aspects of the job. Many concrete companies will limit their involvement to only the concrete work itself, but most projects are rarely so clear cut. We had a portion of the wall rebuilt with new block, new rebar, and a finish parge coat. Railings were removed and reinstalled. The grade was modified using new fill, new river rock and edging."
Our team created a trench to the footings and filled it with a drain pipe and rock to channel the water to the sump pump.
This is the front of the steps, before the Gardner Construction team resurfaced the steps and replaced the sidewalk.
This homeowner wanted to replace the window and needed to repair the cracked and crumbling foundation.
The Gardner Construction team installed a new glass block window, providing additional security and a vent, and repaired the foundation.
After installing the sump pump and the drain tile system, our team repours the concrete.

"The project went very well and was accomplished in about a week. Tim managed to fit my project into a tight schedule. I'm very happy with the results and have had many compliments from neighbors and relatives on the project. I'd certainly hire these guys again if I had any more concrete work to be done."

"We are very pleased with the final result. We upgraded our sidewalk to a colored concrete that matched our house trim and also stamped it and had an oval shaped patio area off the front stoop built into the sidewalk. The end product is very striking and we have had numerous comments from neighbors and multiple others that were walking. Our curb appeal went up dramatically and we know this will greatly add to our resale value."

"Aiden was easy to work with and we are extremely happy with our new sidewalk and steps. The crew worked non stop and Aiden made sure to communicate with us when we needed to make small changes along the way. I asked for the job to be done by May 10th and they delivered. I would definitely recommend hiring C.B. Concrete and Masonry."

Concrete Cutting questions, answered by experts

Sawing your hot tub into more manageable chunks so it can be lifted easily into a truck takes several hours. Generally, 2.5 hours for smaller hot tubs and around 4 hours for larger ones with the help of one to two people. If money isn't a concern and you want to skip the physical labor, you can hire a pro to get the job done.

Cutting rectangular ductwork requires careful measurements and the right technique. Use a measuring tape and pencil to mark the cutting lines accurately. Tin snips are excellent for straight cuts on smaller ducts. For more extensive or thicker rectangular ducts, a reciprocating saw with a metal-cutting blade is effective.

Ensure the duct is well-supported and secure while cutting to prevent wobbling and maintain precision. After cutting, use a metal file to smooth any sharp edges, ensuring safety during installation.

This all depends on the tools you have on hand and whether you’re trying to cut a straight line or shapes.

The best tool to use for straight lines is either a circular saw or table saw. When cutting shapes, a jigsaw will be the easiest and most precise tool to use.

The best thing to cut metal pipe is a durable pipe cutter that is made for metal. You may want to measure the diameter of the pipes before purchasing a pipe cutter to ensure it will be able to cut your metal pipes. Opt for a heavy-duty option to cut through metal like steel or cast iron.

To maintain custom or fabricated metal structures and extend their lifespan and appearance, perform regular cleaning, apply rust prevention treatments, and use protective coatings.
