"Nick replaced our old wooden deck with a screen porch and it turned out perfect. He used quality materials and was super easy to work with. I'm confident he could build any deck/screen porch you can imagine. The best part is he charges quite a bit less than other companies!"

"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! The entire staff was attentive to our needs and the projects were well done and completed on time. A big shout out to Darren, Kathy, Cory and Johnny and other staff members who assisted in completing our projects for their expertise and attention to detail. We highly recommend this company for all of your home improvement needs. Now, other members of our family are using TCH for their projects as well! Thanks TCH for a job well done. "Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."

"We worked primarily with Nataly and Brenden along with a fair amount of interaction with John who put up our tile. All of these folks were outstanding to work with and made every attempt to answer our questions in a timely fashion. We have had so many compliments on our new kitchen and love it so much. Nataly has such a great vision, she was very instrumental in putting it all together. John put in the tile which was challenging, it looks wonderful he also did several other tasks. Brenden managed the day to day events and kept us in the loop. I would highly recommend PDR for your remodel needs and should we plan to do more in the future we will certainly consider this company."

"I am more than thrilled with the kitchen update which Roxy designed for me. I was hesitant to invest the money in my home since we've been here for 38 years and wondered if it made sense to update it. Needless to say, I only wish we would have done it years ago. "We hired Colton to build a home in August of 2024 and moved into our new home in March of 2025. I was impressed at how quickly it went. We paid more than our original quote but mostly due to upgrades I wanted. The build was not without hiccups and we had a few of those. I was very pleased at the communication we had during the build. When I contacted Colton he always responded promptly and was respectful. (The work done, above, populated by pre selected options. A house built was not an option so I chose major renovation.)"
