"I hired Twin City Home Services to tear down a wall, correct plumbing/electrical in my kitchen, and upgrade a custom workspace desk. All the work was expertly done on a timely basis. I really can't say enough good things about TCHS. Easily a 10/10. My house is older and has some unique features and they adapted and corrected. TCHS was reasonably priced and HONEST. "Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal.
