Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. All of these folks were outstanding to work with and made every attempt to answer our questions in a timely fashion. We have had so many compliments on our new kitchen and love it so much. Nataly has such a great vision, she was very instrumental in putting it all together. John put in the tile which was challenging, it looks wonderful he also did several other tasks. Brenden managed the day to day events and kept us in the loop.
