"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! "We worked primarily with Nataly and Brenden along with a fair amount of interaction with John who put up our tile. All of these folks were outstanding to work with and made every attempt to answer our questions in a timely fashion. We have had so many compliments on our new kitchen and love it so much. Nataly has such a great vision, she was very instrumental in putting it all together. John put in the tile which was challenging, it looks wonderful he also did several other tasks. Brenden managed the day to day events and kept us in the loop. I would highly recommend PDR for your remodel needs and should we plan to do more in the future we will certainly consider this company."

The crew was efficient and showed up on a timely basis and when they said they would. I was especially happy that Roman was able to deal with MetLife, my problematic insurance company, which was very difficult at best. A car had driven into my rental property and caused extensive damage to multiple rooms. Being a former contractor, city building inspector, Minnesota State Building Official number 1540, and currently owning a home inspection company, I have had experience with numerous contractors and insurance companies."
