Geoff and his team from GR Builders and Remodelers were outstanding! My kitchen was in dire need of updating and from the beginning Geoff knew exactly what I wanted. The end result is so beautiful it makes me want to cry tears of joy every time I walk into the kitchen. Geoff and his team were very professional throughout the job, as well as the craftsmanship is absolutely amazing! When the project was complete, you couldn’t even tell Geoff and his guys had been here. Everything was cleaned up so nicely. For my next home updating project, I will surely be hiring GR Builders and Remodelers again.

Geoff and his team did a tremendous job demoing our kitchen and preparing it for new incoming cabinets. GR Builders took care of my home and property. Look no further if you ever need help with your home GR Builder is there to do it all. Big shout out to Geoff, Kurt, and two other fellows. It was a pleasure to have their service. Totally awesome - professional - knowledgeable. We met Geoff at the Mpls Home & Garden show. Once we contacted him a couple weeks after he was prompt in returning our call and his plan for our Trex deck was spot one and the way he explained the process, made us feel so comfortable & confident that it will be built solid. We were so excited! Through out the whole process Geoff would keep us informed, updated and had great follow through - clear communication. Brandon & Anthony did such an awesome job building the deck ( they were personable & professional) the detailing & the finishing of the deck is beyond belief; they added patio block below the steps creating such a nice landing area. (we were not expecting that). My husband and I are just so so happy with Geoff & his team - we will be definitely keeping Geoff’s number for other projects. I really enjoyed with them. I enjoyed working with them. They were knowledgeable. They were easily accessible. They answered all my questions. Everyone was very professional. They cleaned up everyday before and after their work. I would recommend them.

I contacted Geoff from GR Builders with my plans to remodel a bedroom for my wife who has been battling breast cancer for 5 years. Two months ago we learned my wife is losing her battle with cancer. From the first minute I spoke with Geoff he said, this room is on me! You have too much to worry about than trying to get our room done. My wife has a brand new room with nice wood floors, all in 4 days. Start to finish. He dropped everything that he had going on with his business to do this for us! Thank you Geoff, my wife and I will never forget what you did for us. You have a customer and friend for life.

GR Builders built me a garage a couple years ago in Saint Paul. A 24x24 garage with a 2nd floor bonus room complete with a deck off the second level. They aranged for all the concrete including the driveway and an awesome stamped concrete patio. The quatity of the structure and concrete was great. Geoff had many great ideas as the project went along which made this much more than just a garage. The first "practice garage" went so well I am having GR Builders construct another similar garage at my new house in Chisago City. Local codes provided some dificulties but Geoff dealt with them and the second garage project is well underway with a driveway poured just in time for winter.

The workmanship was excellent as was the professionalism of the trades that performed the work. Geoff of GR Builders was always quick to respond when called on throughout the entire project. We are very pleased the final product and the working relationship we have with GR Builders. We will be using them for future projects.

Geoff was AMAZING through the entire process. This was our first time at a project like this and Geoff took the time to help us understand the entire process. His communication with us during the project and his customer service was AWESOME! My family and I are VERY pleased with the work that Geoff and his crew did! My family will use GR Builders for all future house projects!

It went great! Geoff and Mark were great to work with, prompt. efficient and quality work. They were good communicators and friendly.

Geoff and Mark were such a pleasure to work with on our deck projects we hired them to remodel our kitchen and main floor bath and then to enclose and create a new under-deck room. They were always prompt, friendly, and fairly priced.

This is an update to my previous 2008 posting on GR Builders. I had hail damage to my roof 1 wk. after my new roof was installed. (May 2008). *Fast forward to July 2009. I hired GR Builders to re-do my roof. I specified that I needed to be there when they did the work. They came when I wasn't home!!!!! I asked some friends to ck. on the job site. They observed reused tar paper over the garage roof and an area of roof over a bay window NOT replaced. Let me state that this job was a complete tear off and reroof. There were so many nails around my house, in the gutters and near the downspouts. *Fast forward to Oct. 2009. I noticed signs of leaking from the roof over my 3 season porch. I brought this to the attention of GR Builders. I was ignored. *March 2010~~The Ham Lake building inspector came over to ck. out my concerns. He wanted the to know why the roofer wasn't at my house for this meeting. I told him that GR Builders was ignoring my calls. I wrote and hand delivered a letter to Geoff Griep, owner of GR Builders explaining how i wanted them to come out to my house and look at the roof. They ignored me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in April 2010. GR Builders even ignored the BBB until he realized he would get an "F" rating if he didn't respond Oct. 2010~~Sadly to say, my roof leaks, GR Builders will not respond to my concerns. I am currently looking for another roofer to correct this problem that GR Builders caused.
