"Vlad is a talented handyman. He cleaned & repaired gutters. Replaced our damaged window with a beautiful glass block. Tore out wet damaged sheetrock. Replaced new sheetrock, wanes coating, trim, matching wall paint color perfectly. Additional ceiling sheetrock repaired from another water leak. The ceiling matches perfectly. Talented & willing handyman. My husband has dementia, and is no longer able to complete these repairs we had adding up around our older home. We had our toilet plug, he responded with yes I can take care of it. Several window cranks needed to be replaced. Vlad bought parts required & replaced these as well. My initial consultation was for storm damage, gutters, window well & interior sheetrock repair. He gave me an estimate for the big construction. While he was here he was so awesome to add these other smaller repairs. I have a few more projects to tackle & Reliable Handyman, Vlad will be who I reach out to for my future repairs. "I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."

"The workmanship is excellent. We couldn’t be happier with how the windows and doors look and open and close with no problems. And the metal wrapping on the exterior just makes the house look so much better. Mr. Coffer explained everything he was doing (as I’m one of those hovering clients that likes to see how things are done) and when he was all done walked me around every window and door to make sure I was pleased with the workmanship. "Greene Construction dug out large hole for egress window, used very competent subcontractor to cut the window opening with Greene Construction installing the window frame and window, put in a galvanized window well w/ladder per local building code regulations and hauled away the dirt.  I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Greene Construction crew, including company owner Damian, who said he prefers to work on the job sites over being in the office.  I also thought they went over and above the job requirements by helping me with some yard clean-up.  I had a pile of concrete scraps extracted from basement as part of my basement project.  I had asked Damian if he could dispose of them for me.  Not only did he say "yes", Damian and his crew helped me scoop up the concrete scraps and load then in his truck.
As for pricing, I had obtained approximately 5 bids and Greene Construction was right in the middle.  Based on the job completed, I would rate it a good value.  Ben was my initial contact at Greene Construction, he contacted me the day after my Angie's list inquiry and we scheduled the work after our meeting. 
In addition, I have another contractor working in my basement on the project, who also gave Greene Construction kudos for a job well done!

"I had received a bid through a personal referral and I sought 2 others through Angie's List. Jim's was a day or so late but was much less than the previous bid, so I hired him. He started immediately. He and the people that he retained did excellent work. They were very professional, courteous and conscientious. They made a significant effort to reduce the "mess" that naturally accompanies such work. The second bid came in a few days after Jim had started. It was slightly lower but I was very happy with Jim, his work and his relative punctuality. The slight difference in price was negligible compared to my satisfaction with Jim, his work and his desire to do things right."

"Thor did a very thorough job of explaining what he was going to do, made suggestions on what we could do to improve the house and completed the job in the right timeframe. He even suggested we do some additional insulation in our attic, with that and the new windows and doors, our heating bill alone was cut in half and paid for the additional insulation in less than two years. He is a contractor who cares about his work and it shows."
