"Overall we had a good result with this project but there were several problems along the way that we needed to stay on-top of in order to get a high-quality result and the look we specifically ordered. I would recommend working with them if you are doing basic cladding and trim, but for anything particularly custom, I would suggest finding someone who specializes in more modern construction and architecture. That being said, I think we absolutely got what we paid for and overall it was a positive experience, just a lot of work on our end to make sure it went right."

"Steve was great to work with and gave us a great price compared to other contractors. His crew was very meticulous and exact and cleaned up every day. The boss, Alfredo, was pleasantly polite and took care of everything that was needed as well as things that I asked for that were probably stretching the bid/project. I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE! Please thank the crew again for us."

"Bill was absolutely fantastic, and I recommend him without reservation. We hired him to add a door at the top of our basement stairs, a project which also required adding a light, adding and finishing a railing, and walling up a cut-out section of wall. He also completed a smattering of other miscellaneous house projects for us. We were thrilled with his work on all of them. Bill's attention to detail matched my own, which I have found to be a bit rare. He is enthusiastic about making sure everything is done right, consulted with me regularly on design questions, went above and beyond in his pursuit of closest-match trim and hardware options, and explained a great deal about the issues involved in the projects and how he was approaching them. Bill is also just interpersonally delightful. I felt completely comfortable giving him a key to the house for the duration of the project. He communicated promptly and thoroughly all along the way, and I would hire him again in a minute for any house project."

"Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Everlast Construction ! The workmanship was superior down to the smallest of details. We wanted a drainage system installed under the deck since we have a walkout with a patio below. It was installed correctly and we are very pleased with the results. We now can enjoy our outdoor living areas without any concerns of patio furniture getting wet below the newly replaced maintenance free deck . "So happy with the work James did! He was the first to respond to my inquiry which I mistakenly called siding repair. James explained that what I was calling siding was actually soffit. He told me what needed to be done how much it would cost and when he was available. When he arrived and after some time of trying to repair he realized I needed a whole new panel. He took the piece and went and got a new one, which I'm glad he did cuz Lord knows I didn't have a clue where to get a new one. The new piece looks great. Will most definitely use them again. "
