He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"I have worked with Ben and Staci from Handy Rite 4-5 times now and always had great experiences. We have had woodpecker and weather damage to various parts of the cedar siding on our home spanning the past 3-4 years. The work involves removing the damaged siding, cutting new pieces and painting/replacing the cedar onto the house. In addition, just within the past week, Ben also came out with Vlad from his team to paint the front exterior of our home. As usual, the work was very high quality and the pricing definitely fair for the value we receive. Overall, Ben and Staci focus upon a great overall experience from handing inquiries and estimates through completing the work with high quality. Both of them are very personable and easy to work with, as is all of their staff we have interacted with for the past couple of years on various projects. "Estimator came and described the fence options.  Competitive pricing for privacy fence.  Contractors completed work per schedule.  After fence was put up cracks appeared in multiple locations and bowing of fence walls created gaps in this new privacy fence. 
Owner came over and observed situation in a few days after contact for these issues, said $100 extra for labor to remove bowed fence walls that were creating gaps.  Not sure why they include this option up front or they could have let me know they were giving me a cheaper option up front (not sure why they would even offer) and then let me know this would have been needed anyways for true quality privacy.  Repair work was done promptly.  IMO its a good price, quality experience was a bit meh, but they give 5yr warranty on parts/workmanship so they'll come back and fix it up in a prompt manner either way.

"Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. He asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. We didn't necessarily know what to expect, but they finished in less than 5 days! After they were done, Trevor made sure we got all the relevant inspection and permit paper work, and our yard looked like they hadn't even been there. Except of course for the deck, which is absolutely spectacular! We've been on it every night since they finished and we love it. We couldn't be happier with Trevor, and we will be calling him again when we're ready to finish the basement. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit.
