We LOVE our decks. We had a big complicated project and it was no problem for Decks Unlimited. Beautiful mahogony Azek deck, Westbury aluminum railings & deck lighting. Randy & his crew are great. We have already recommended to others and would definitely hire again.

We hired Decks Unlimited to remodel and expand our deck. They were honest, reliable and knows their stuff. Did a beautiful job! We love it so much that we asked them to do our basement. Rob is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I would highly recommend these guys any time!!

We were thoroughly impressed with Randy's approach to providing us with a bid. He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!

Randy gave us by far the best bid comparing to several other companies. He worked with us closely on choosing the materials and the design to replace our old wooden deck with new maintenance-free one, and even told us where we can find local store, which got a few displays, and samples of all materials, so we can choose right stuff by looking at it in real outdoor conditions. His crew worked very fast and professional. The quality of the job was excellent. We are very satisfied with how everything went.

It went great. Randy helped me figure out a design that would solve our odd ground level change and work in my budget. Brandon and his crew were very nice and built a beautiful deck and railing, and the stairs work great. I am very happy with this company.

Started the deck two weeks late but that happens with weather and other factors when you schedule 3 months in advance over a summer. Only took 2 days to build and the deck looks awesome. Workers respectful and cleaned up fairly well. I will say when I agreed to have them build my deck I wrongly assumed the owner Randy would be here with his crew building it. That was not the case. It was his brother and another member of his crew. They did a very nice job but this was a concern initially. I should have asked about this when I signed on.

It went great and the clean up afterwards was what I expected. Very clean, about work, very professional.

They worked for two days and took down the old parts and replaced them with new wood. It was pretty straight forward. They were very efficient and did a great job. The decks now look brand new. We had replaced the deck floors a few years earlier, so they still look good. They also put in a piece of stainless still behind our gas grill, which looks great. They are good workers and very professional.

It went really well.  We asked that the deck be installed before June for our daughter's graduation, and Randy's team did it in May. Randy was extremely responsive and really a pleasure to work with.  When I came home after the first day they worked on the deck, I saw that they had secured the decking by screwing the deck in - so there were all kinds of holes showing.  I called Randy because I thought they would have used the hidden fasteners.  He assured me that once they plugged the holes we wouldn't even notice them and he was right.  However, if the kind of fasteners used are important, be sure to bring that up as part of the initial discussion.  Also when they were done, I noticed that the deck boards they used on top of the railings looked unfinished because they had to cut them at an angle, and one of the boards on the steps had a wide space.  I emailed Randy - and they came out and immediately took care of it.  As far as professionalism - they really were great.   However we did find several cigarette butts and screws by the deck that weren't picked up.  But overall we love the deck - would recommend Decks Unlimited. 

Randy's crew took down the old parts of the deck and replaced with new cedar wood. They did a great job. We hope to replace our other two deck parts another time with new cedar.

It went great.  Got a quote on the spot, showed up when they said they would, got the job done in 3 days, cleaned up each day, It looks exactly the way they said it would.  They even added some fun little touches like a bird feeder holder and an outlet cover.  Great bunch of guys.  Very professional.

Randy and his crew did a truly outstanding job. We met with Randy several times over a two week period to determine the exact configuration we wanted. He was very flexible and agreed to meet with my wife and I during weekends and evenings. During one meeting we mentioned a design idea and he quickly recommended a change that provided the exact look we needed. His team  worked quickly and thoughtfully, helping to move some outside furniture and cleaning up after all the work was complete. I would highly recommended his company.

I was impressed with Randy and his crew.  They were very friendly and hard working. My deck and the gazebo that sits on it were sinking on one side.  They replaced old footings and added a couple more new ones for added support.  Now my deck is level again.  The crew knew exactly what they were doing, they worked hard, and were very professional!  I think they did a great job and would definitely use them again.

The deck went well.  We ended up expanding our deck to a 14 x 22 foot deck.  The covered deck was 14 x14, and the uncovered portion of the deck was 8 x 14 feet.  The floor of the deck and the top of the railings were PVC and the side railings were aluminum.  The covered deck had a cedar shake roof and cedar siding on the inside. 
The work was done well and on a timely basis, and looked very nice.  The only part of the project that I was not happy with was the gutter, and how it was rerouted to accommodate the covered deck.  I ended up having it redone later by someone who specializes in gutters.
Overall DU did a good job on the deck for a very competitive price.  We would definitely recommend them

We were shown multiple photos of other decks they'd built and quickly came up with a plan with some nice design features. Nothing fancy, but boards placed at an angle to make it more interesting, attractive railings and added steps to the yard. The crew worked very hard and took their time to build a beautiful deck. My husband (engineering background) was very impressed with the workmanship and detail in the substructure as well as the finished product. There were no short-cuts! The guys were friendly, cleaned up every night, and were proud of their work.

The work was completed in a day.  The deck looks great and will now have a few more years!  

We liked Randy right from the start. He came out to look at our old deck, get an idea of what we wanted in it's place, and right away he was noticing things that were not done right with the old deck. He explained everything in detail and was great with answering all of our questions. He explained all of our options of wood versus maintenance free materials and was not pushy at all with the higher priced items but instead of pushing he worked hard to find a design of our style that fit our budget. The only frustration that we had during this entire process was that there was confusion on whether or not we actually had a date set to start and we had a difficult time getting in touch with him. Once we connected and got the miscommunication straightened out, everything was great. It took about 5 days from the start of demolition to the finishing of the new deck, and it is beautiful. While taking down the old one, Randy and his crew discovered that due to poor construction on the first deck, there was water damage under the siding beneath our door. The crew removed everything that was bad and replaced it, fixing the entire problem for us and never added anything to the charge. He took pictures along the way so that he could show us the damage and what they did to fix it. The finished deck is wonderful and Randy and his crew did a great job. We would definitely hire him again.

Randy was the only person who came up with creative design ideas to meet our needs and budget. The work was completed timely and the deck and porch were very well build. We are thrilled with the final project and the work that Decks Unlimited did. We highly recommend this company for any decking needs. They seem to book quickly, but they are worth the wait.
