I was quoted $209 special for 4 rooms. When Timeo arrived (on time) the price went up $75 per room to treat for pet stains. This was not mentioned when I scheduled. I did have the treatment done in all 4 rooms. Timeo did a great job. He was professional, thorough and efficient. My carpets look and smell great.

The scheduling process was super easy. They confirmed prior & arrived on time. All work was performed well. Service tech Jake explained the process & was informative and professional.

I was honestly a little hesitant on the duct cleaning service just cause of the sticker shock, but wow it was worth every penny to get them cleaned. They took before and after pics of our ducts and baffled me how much stuff was actually in there. We could hear a lot of the debris getting sucked out. It already feels a lot cleaner in here smell wise. Both technicians we're professional, courteous, and relatable. They moved swiftly and efficiently and the whole process was seemless and would do it again in a heartbeat or 3-5 years like they recommend. Thank you, Jesse

Very old carpet and it looks fantastic and smells so clean. The sofa had so many stains on it, we weren’t going to get it done but decided on doing it and it turned out so much better than we though it would.

Good, except they didn’t tell me about MINIMAL cost fee over the phone OR in person before they started. I even confirmed the price with them before they began cleaning Was told AFTER job was complete. So cost was supposed to be $65 ended up being $104
