"Five Star Bath Solutions (FSBS) replaced our non-functioning basement bathroom whirlpool tub with a new whirlpool tub + shower wall replacement. FSBS was very easy to work with, from the initial in-home meeting to the completion of the installation. We were kept up-to-date on start date and other pertinent details and pre-install queries were answered promptly. The replacement/instillation itself was completed efficiently, the crew arrived when promised, the crew was very respectful of our property + home and we received a detailed walk-through of the completed project. "Removing an old shower door frame, a number of tiles in the shower were pulled loose or were broken in the process. We had a replacement design in mind and Filipp and his partner took the time to talk through several alternatives and we are very happy with the results.
