"5 Star did a great job on our on suite shower replacement in one day! Didn’t think it was possible! Took everything down to studs and replacement went in smoothly. True craftsmanship and they did an excellent job on post installation cleanup! We had one issue with a leaking shower control valve post installation and they replaced the valve no questions asked. Project was expensive but I would certainly recommend them for the same type of work!"

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Steve is fantastic. He is very patient and helpful with decision making. He hires high quality contractors for tile work, electrical, and plumbing. We had two bathrooms updated with new tile, mirrors, lighting, and toilets. We replaced an old vanity top with stone in the master bath. We also needed help with adding crown molding to existing kitchen cabinets that had never had that and looked unfinished. They matched our stain perfectly and did a wonderful job.
