"Anthony was on top of the entire project and kept us informed of the entire process. Anthony called ahead to inform us when the dumpster and materials would be delivered a couple of days before the job was supposed to start and when his crew found that the decking on my house needed to be replaced, Anthony contacted our insurance company and got it replaced without any extra work on our part. Anthony's crew replaced the entire roof and four skylights in less than two days. Anthony even came to our house on three separate occasions to run a magnet over our landscape to make sure there were no nails or material left behind that could cause a problem down the road. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

We could not afford the estimates, with higher priorities and long lists of long overdue projects ahead of the deck.
