It sounded like they were very flexible if I wanted certain products to be used and for how I wanted to prioritize cleaning in my house. I tidied up our belongings beforehand. On the day of the cleaning two cleaners came - they were personable and polite. Both started working right away and I was very satisfied with my sparkling clean home when they were finished! They finished everything in the time window."
