All Sons Exteriors

I would not recommend hiring All Sons if you have an older home. Our home was built in 1903 and it has a lot of original woodwork that is not replaceable. Though All Sons claimed to know what they were doing, it soon became very evident that was not the case. After a hail storm, All Sons helped work with our insurance company so we could have our roof replaced. My initial contact, Huy, was very helpful in the beginning, while working with our insurance company. Their crew also completed the job quickly, and everyone acted in a professional manner. All Sons finished our roof last fall and we assumed everything was fine. It wasn't until the spring that I started to notice several leaks in our roof. I contacted All Sons and Alex and Huy came out to our house, but when they arrived they immediately denied any wrongdoing doing. After spending a few minutes at our house they left and I didn't hear from them again. About a week later I contacted Alex again and I explained to him how our roof didn't leak before they worked on our house and I let him know I was upset with his lack of response. Alex then agreed to come out and do some patchwork in order to stop the leaking and water damage. I know Alex and his crew were at our house because I now see ugly black patches on our roof; however, he didn't do anything to stop the leaks or the water damage. After the crumby patch job, Alex assured me he would be back to take care of the job. As we spoke, I let him know I would be willing to pay a little more if needed, but I really needed our roof fixed. Weeks passed and I never heard from Alex. I started to text him, and he kept assuring me that he would soon be getting to the work at my house. Finally, after several messsges, and several weeks later, Alex sends me a bid for over $30,000. Keep in mind, this doesn't include the $27,000 we gave him last fall. Furthermore, his bid was much higher than the bids I got from two other local companies who specialize in old homes. Im pretty sure Alex was looking for a way out of having to fix the mistakes his crew made, so he sent me an extremely high bid. It looks like I will have to hire another company to fix the crappy job Alex and his crew did. I am writing this review because I know we just experienced another hail storm. I'm sure All Sons is out knocking on doors, assuring customers they can replace their roof. I dont want anyone else to make the same mistake as me. If you own an older home, DO NOT hire All Sons to do any work.

We hired All Sons to replace our original to the home roofing, and siding. The project manager we worked with was very kind and thorough with scheduling and communication. The work started two weeks after signing the agreement. Once the roof was done the siding started 2 days later! It was great how smooth everything went. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to update their home.

At first we found few references online for All Sons, but we had been so enamored by the young son of one of the owners we stayed with the company and as things evolved eventually we never left All Sons, and in the end, as well as during the entire project itself, we were quite grateful..the work on the entire project was done efficiently, well, and, as agreed to...everything was completed as agreed to from beginning to end... 

We did not hire All Sons, we had purchased a house that had an insurance claim on it and All Sons was hired by the seller to do the work.  Job was completed late. Once it was completed the insurance company took time to pay the claim as most insurance companies do.  3 weeks after All Sons had completed the job we received a lien on our property we had just purchased.  They said they had not been paid yet.  This was not our problem as we did not hire them and we had a lien release waiver signed by All Sons when we closed on the property.  
They filed the lien anyway and it took another 2 weeks for them to get paid by the insurance company. During this time our rehab project was halted as I could not pay my contractors as the title company would not release the funds with a lien on the property. Myself, the title company and the sellers agent left several messages during this process with no response or urgancy from the company. 
They were rude when we finally got a hold of them and were in no hurry to help us out.  
I just want to warn anyone else that may use them for an insurance claim in the future.  If your insurance is slow (which you have not control over) to get the check to them they may lien your property as well.
