Their work team ran into issues that took an extra 1.5 days to repair and extra equipment, but all included in the estimate! Great workers with whom I talked a number of times and explained to me what was going on and the issues involved. ASAP gave an estimate that was over $2K less than Rotor-Rooter. Although this is probably what comes with the territory, my only complaint was all the small rocks that were spread throughout my yard afterwards - good grief, this is going to be a process to repair what was a perfect yard. It would have been nice if they guys had spent just one more hour cleaning up the yard. I've already recommended them to others!"
