When I called, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a crew would be available that same day. I was told who to expect (Brent and his partner), that there was a trip fee, and that I'd be provided with an estimate when Brent was able to identify what work was required.

Brent called about 45 minutes before arriving. He and his partner wore booties (a nice touch) and quickly identified what was necessary to install the GFCI outlet for my new bidet toilet seat. With the discount I received through the offer at Angie's List, I felt the charge was reasonable.
