"We used Finken when we built our new home. They were so helpful from beginning to end and now with service these last 5.5 years. We love the automatic deliveries of salt and reverse osmosis filters. We were previous water dispenser customers also and the automatic water jug deliveries were also great! We recently had them out as our Reverse Osmosis system was making a buzzing sound and they were quick to diagnose and provide a fix. "I was going to have some work done to my basement and needed the water heater moved. It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. The installer took the time to explain all the controls and maintenance. Very pleased with results"

"Did a great job. Very pleasant. Came out the day I contacted them. Had new water heater installed and old one out around 2 hours. Little on the higher end cost wise maybe... But you get what you pay for and the technicians don't set the price."
