"This plumber scratched my brand new flooring that was put in a week ago. Right in front of the toliet but the company denies it was him. I have pics of the scratches. He came 3 hours late due to a prev job taking longer. The plumber was crabby and not friendly at all! He seemed upset having to haul stuff up and down my porch steps and long staircase upstairs and let me know it. Didnâ t say 2 words to me. My original quote of $430 was $500. I had him call Mike who very reluctantly brought it down to $463. Mike goes from being pleasant to angry in a matter of minutes. Very hard to talk to about any of these complaints because he stands behind his employee and business and not willing to admit any fault, matter of fact he blamed the scratches on the flooring installers! What a joke! The whole experience was very frustrating and it should have went smoothly and being it was a combo of so many things wrong there should have been some type of wanting to keep me as customer since it was my 2nd install with them but nope, nothing. Just a lot of him showing anger on the phone with what I was telling him. The plumber was old and worked very slow. Iâ m paying for all of that slowness, plus the very unfriendly demeanor. I will never return, and I have more jobs I need to do so onto find a different company! They should never make a customer feel as bad as they have!"

"Paul came and tested some things on our furnace because our ecobee thermostat kept restarting/cycling on cold mornings so it was taking a long time to get up to the temp it normally is for daytime. My husband suspected it was a sensor but turned out the censor was doing its job but turning things off because otherwise it would be overheating. We could have either replaced a part but likely have to do it again and the furnace was about 12 years old or just get a new furnace for less than twice the cost of the replacement part. We decided to just get a new, more efficient furnace. He came out on Wednesday to test, dropped off the furnace Wednesday evening and then installed Thursday afternoon. He even cleaned up some of the utility room and put in a new hose for our dehumidifier. Super good at communicating and really gave us a great price for a Lennox top of the line furnace! Would recommend!"
