"Taylor and Marcus came out to came out to do the install. They came in smiling and introduced themselves. They gave us three options with no high pressure sales. They were friendly and happy and very knowledgeable. As they worked they kept us up to date on what they were as they progressed. I have never been more impressed with a company and their employees. Then Erin came out to perform a furnace tune up. Just as happy and knowledgeable. He was another great representative for their company. I would use them again in a New York minute. Or Minneapolis minute. Thank you guys."

"We met serviceman Alex L. from DJ's today. He worked as long as it was necessary to diagnose and fix issues with our furnace humidifier. It needed several adjustments. He worked very diligently and the price was reasonable (especially by today's standards for pricing). We would definitely hire DJs again for other HVAC and plumbing work. We also appreciated the company's thoroughness in providing reminder calls and other contact on the day of service to ensure we met Alex at our home at the right time. This shows an emphasis on customer service that we appreciate. Both Charlotte and Karen were very helpful to us on the phone today as well."
