I can't say enough about my experience with LaSalle's. I lost heat on a Tuesday night, but we had a home warranty and I started the process with them on Wednesday morning. They assigned me a claim number & Contractor who was supposed to call me back. I waited for 2 hours before I ended up calling Home Warranty back and telling them to forget it, I need heat and I will call my own contractor. I am new to the area so I used Angie's List to help me and LaSalle's had all good reviews. Scott came over right away, unfortunately the news was bad and I needed an entirely new furnace, so with that said, I had to go back thru the home warranty company just to see how much money I could get from them to have LaSalle's do the work and pay the difference out of my pocket. In the mean time Scott let me use 3 electric heaters to keep warm (at no charge) and thank God for that as that is the only heat we had for a week. The Home Warranty place didn't seem to treat this as an emergency situation even after I told them I worked from home, was sitting on a heating pad with gloves on trying to type. Well it took until Saturday before the Home Warranty place called to tell me what they could do. I chose to negotiate a buyout so I could have a contractor I trusted do the work and get the quality equipment I wanted to have installed. I called Scott to let him know I had the approval and we would talk numbers on Monday. He got me the estimate on Monday morning and had me on the schedule for Tuesday. Chuck and Max showed up at 10 and were done at 1. They were very professional and informative on my new equipment, the rebates and warranty information.
As someone who just moved to this state and not knowing who is good or not, I would highly recommend this company, very down to earth and straight shooters. They truly cared about the situation I was in unlike the Home Warranty Place I was dealing with.

Overall the quality of work was good.
the year; I called many of the local A/C repair places in town, most were
booked 4 to 7 days out. I called LeSalle Heating and Air and I was told someone
would be out that day.
Not only did LeSalle Heating and Air show up as promised but
it was the owner of the company Scott LeSalle. Scott was dressed up and on his
way to dinner with his wife but stepped in to help his crew out. Scott asked a
few questions about what was going on with my A/C and quickly came to the
conclusion on what the problem was. Scott replaced the capacitor and my A/C was
back up and running within minutes.
From the brief discussion I had with Scott I could tell he
was in business to help people more than anything else, which was even more
obvious when he charged me much less than I had paid in the past from other A/C
repair companies.
I will be doing business with LeSalle Heating and Air in the
future and I definitely would recommend them to everyone I know.
