Hired LaSalle for doing some duct work and installing a new furnace. The prices were fair and the service and work was professional. All options explained and explored. I purchased a high-end furnace. There were less expensive options available. Highly satisfied with the job they did for me. I would recommend the company and will hire them again, if needed.

Amazing! LaSalle not only came in at a reasonable cost, more importantly they did amazing work. When Charlie walked me through the potential replacement of my furnace (boiler system), he was very thorough and explained all the options and what he would recommend. There was no pressure, just really good information. And then, the installation... oh my, what a great job they did! They did excellent work, were timely, were very respectful of our space and I think the furnace area was cleaner than when they started! It's not fun to have to buy a new furnace but LaSalle made it easy and enjoyable, and... a decision that I'm glad I made! Highly recommend!

I called at about 8:30 in the morning and they said they would arrive before noon. They arrived about 9:45 and had fixed the problem by 10:30. A fuse needed to be replaced. To have this fast of service on a Friday before a hot weekend was impressive. i was expecting that I would have to wait until the following week to get someone out to look at the A/C. I don't know if the service charge is high or normal, however, the timeliness of getting the A/C working again is well worth the service charge. This is the first time i have been so impressed with anything that I felt I had to write a review.

Our heat went out over a weekend during the first cold snap of the year. Lasalle was able to come out within hours to diagnose the issue. All the other companies we called, if they even answered, were going to take days. They gave us reasonable options to either repair or replace the unit. We ended up replacing the unit. They were very professional and the work was very good. We would defiantly hire them again.

Excellent. They seem more conscientious than most contractors we've had in our home.

It is the best company out there. I was without heat, late in the evening. He sent out his son and they got it fixed. He gave me heaters to make sure I didn't freeze throughout the night and finished the repair the next day. They also do work for my company. They have put on commercial air conditioners and heaters on buildings.

This company was the only one available to come same day! When the employee that was promised to come within the hour didn't show, the owner himself came out about 2.5 hours later. He said the AC unit was about 2 pounds short and asked if I wanted him to refill it. Of course I did! :) I am disappointed he didn't offer to add a stop leak or even mention it. But really for the fact that he came out that day I'm relatively happy with the price. And he was very professional, even gave me a pen. I love free pens!

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service and professionalism of Lasalle Heating and AC! Our AC unit stopped performing well of one of the hottest days this year. Even with a busy schedule, they still made every effort to get a technician out in less than an hour. Our air conditioner was fixed in no time and at a VERY reasonable price. We will definitely use Lasalle Heating and AC again and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I can't say enough about my experience with LaSalle's.  I lost heat on a Tuesday night, but we had a home warranty and I started the process with them on Wednesday morning.  They assigned me a claim number & Contractor who was supposed to call me back.  I waited for 2 hours before I ended up calling Home Warranty back and telling them to forget it, I need heat and I will call my own contractor.  I am new to the area so I used Angie's List to help me and LaSalle's had all good reviews.  Scott came over right away, unfortunately the news was bad and I needed an entirely new furnace, so with that said, I had to go back thru the home warranty company just to see how much money I could get from them to have LaSalle's do the work and pay the difference out of my pocket.  In the mean time Scott let me use 3 electric heaters to keep warm (at no charge) and thank God for that as that is the only heat we had for a week.  The Home Warranty place didn't seem to treat this as an emergency situation even after I told them I worked from home, was sitting on a heating pad with gloves on trying to type.  Well it took until Saturday before the Home Warranty place called to tell me what they could do.  I chose to negotiate a buyout so I could have a contractor I trusted do the work and get the quality equipment I wanted to have installed. I called Scott to let him know I had the approval and we would talk numbers on Monday.  He got me the estimate on Monday morning and had me on the schedule for Tuesday.  Chuck and Max showed up at 10 and were done at 1.  They were very professional and informative on my new equipment, the rebates and warranty information.

As someone who just moved to this state and not knowing who is good or not, I would highly recommend this company, very down to earth and straight shooters.  They truly cared about the situation I was in unlike the Home Warranty Place I was dealing with.

Service was great.  Called early on a Saturday morning, got a visit scheduled for same day.  Repairman was on time.  Problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed.  I would definitely recommend using La Salle, but it was a pricey replacement for a simple part.

It cost $230 for 75 min. of labor to replace a $25 transformer on the furnace and run 25" of thermostat wire.  That seems high to me.   I was expecting closer to $150 for parts and labor.

Overall the quality of work was good.

Service was well explained and provided in a trusting and friendly manner. I called him back a year later to get a quote on a new unit and found him to be timely and helpful again.

Read my previous review about having them over last year for some background information. I called on a Thursday because the furnace was shutting itself off and with increasing frequency. He came over within an hour, ran over my options, and scheduled a furnace install for the following Monday. They left some space heaters with me in case the furnace went out completely which was really nice. They came just a little late on install day but not too bad and were done in just a couple hours. They went through a lot of info with me when they were done, telling me about the different components and possible problems to look for in the future. I was glad to hear that some of the guys had this exact furnace in their own house, and had installed hundreds without any problems yet. My wife appreciated the fact that they didn't treat her like a moron and she felt safe being in the house alone with them. Highly recommend these guys (and have to many people).

Our furnace was turning itself off last winter. We called LaSalle since they are close to our house figuring they would be able to come right away (it was -20 when it turned off). Not only did they come within the hour, but they didn't charge us anything! Turns out the people we bought the house from installed a furnace that was too big for the house, so it wasn't getting enough airflow. We had to open all the vents and put in a crappy air filter, but it worked just fine. I have recommended this company to a handful of people now, and without exception, everyone has had a good experience with them. When we wind up replacing our furnace they will be the first call.

My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest weeks of
the year; I called many of the local A/C repair places in town, most were
booked 4 to 7 days out. I called LeSalle Heating and Air and I was told someone
would be out that day.
Not only did LeSalle Heating and Air show up as promised but
it was the owner of the company Scott LeSalle. Scott was dressed up and on his
way to dinner with his wife but stepped in to help his crew out. Scott asked a
few questions about what was going on with my A/C and quickly came to the
conclusion on what the problem was. Scott replaced the capacitor and my A/C was
back up and running within minutes.
From the brief discussion I had with Scott I could tell he
was in business to help people more than anything else, which was even more
obvious when he charged me much less than I had paid in the past from other A/C
repair companies.
I will be doing business with LeSalle Heating and Air in the
future and I definitely would recommend them to everyone I know.

It went very quick and very well.  Did not take him long to fix but got our A/C working and back up and running in no time.  Even showed me how to fix it if same problem occurrs in the future.
