Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair or Service
A company like no other. That is the best way to describe my experience with McClintock Heating and Cooling. We have been with them for about 4 years now, 2 houses later, 5 units services, 2 units replaced (which were both 20+ years old), they have taken care of us time and time again. We most recently had an issue with our refrigerant line, which was condensing on our sheetrock in our bedroom and staining the wall. McClintock had Jason (shoutout to him- he rocked) at our house on the same day and addressed the issue. They, then, worked with us and had the wall repaired and restored to better than it was before within a few days. Baylee, Amber, and Larry were exceptionally kind and patient with me- answering my questions and restoring our home. I never thought that I could love my HVAC servicer, but they bring a little Heaven to Earth in their kindness, generosity, and humility. I wish all companies would follow their example.

Brent and his partner were courteous, professional and arrived with all the information I conveyed to McClintock staff earlier in the day. I had another company out to work on the AC unit earlier in the week, but it still wasn’t cooling. Called McClintock in a bind because I was leaving for out of town the next morning and needed to get the problem resolved. They were fabulous and came out the same day. Marty S., the technician, was fabulous! He went over all of the costs before services were performed and he was extremely professional and courteous. He was honest and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me parts or services that I didn’t need. I will definitely be using McClintock again and if I have a choice, I would request Marty again. Extremely pleased with customer service and repairs!

Wonderful service! From my conversation with Stephanie to the service performed by Jesse….great customer service! Very professional! And they were able to take care of our A/C the same day I reached out to them during a heat wave! I signed up for a service contract because we will continue to use McClintoc!

Great work. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. All work was done as scheduled and everything was taken care of down to new thermostats and CO2 alarms. The new TRANE systems work excellently and are so quiet compared to our original systems. I plan on using McClintock for all maintenance going forward. Great company.

McClintock and specifically Jesse H saved us from being suckered in to buying a entirely new unit. We fell for a “$59 ac tune up” special advertised on tv and when that company came out and seen the age they refused to clean the unit stating a whole new unit was necessary. I showed the notes to Jesse who went over every “issue” and my system is now cleaned and running perfectly. No high pressure sales to buy something we don’t need. I’ll only be using McClintock for my HVAC needs moving forward.

We found McClintock to be very profession in every aspect of our association with them from initial contact through the installation the heating and air conditioning units. The salesperson was very good - personable, knowledgable, and answered all of our questions with the degree of detail we expected. The installation went equally as well. The installers were personable, punctual, efficient, and answered our questions about the equipment as well as aspects about its installation. We plan to continue our association with McClintock with the normal yearly inspection of the units.

We interviewed several heat and air companies to replace our a/c and furnace. Out of all of them McClintock was hands down the way we wanted to go. They were very professional and went out of their way to answer any and all concerns we had. From the initial interview meeting to the install we were blown away on how knowledgeable they were. If we had a question they had an answer. Everyone was so hard working and friendly. If your looking for a great group of people to work with I would highly recommend them You just can't go wrong. Went well, technician (Roger) was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and was not in a rush. Was able to schedule appointment online with quick turnaround appointment request confirmation. Also worth mentioning McClintock’s use of technology was welcomed - provided courtesy text with tech’s ETA / distance, photo, and brief bio.

Installation of a new furnace was on time. We had a problem with a clogged flue pipe after the installation the next day. Devin Smith, the service manager himself came over to help the service man who was sent to deal with the problem. They drained the pipe and the system seems now to work just fine.

McClintock is top notch. I’ve replaced 2 A/C systems with them and used them for routine maintenance for years. On this trip the tech made a small error which prevented the system from coming back on. I called the office and they had a tech out quickly and fixed the issue at no cost. We are all human and mistakes are made from time to time. The question for your vendors is how will they respond when they make a mistake? McClintock again proved they are professionals and handled it the right way.
