"I called for repairs at approximately 1000 am..I told them that a pipe was leaking and that the basement floor was covered in water, I was told to shut off a valve to the "house side" of the water meter and wrap a towel around the leak. I was told that they had a lot of calls but that they would certainly be out to repair the leak today, about 1215 Jason called and said he would be over in about 20 minutes. He handled the removal of all unnecessary and leaking pipes and replacing those pipes with copper tubing and also replaced a defective shut off valve. I mention the copper tubing because it was delivered by another employee while Jason was working on the problem. I thought this was very efficient . He finished the repair and restored water to the house in a couple of hours. Jason was efficient, courteous and very polite throughout the entire process I would continue to use Rascher Plumbing in the future.."

"I spend very little time in my unfinished basement because it's damp.  When I noticed cracks in a wall - I contacted my home inspector who recommended getting an opinion from GGardner.  Randy Gardner came, checked things out and explained in terms that I could understand.  He offered a discount because of the two projects, and there was a coupon on the Angie's List website.  His crew was able to do the work of doing concrete reinforcement of the wall at risk, adding a buttress wall, and install drain tile system with a sump pump - the next week, when I was conveniently off work.  They came on time, got the job done and cleaned up nicely afterwards.  Randy was on site the whole time too.  While I haven't been through the soggy spring season yet, I'm expecting this to be extremely helpful - and just might finish the basement sometime.  I would definitely recommend this contractor."
