"I had a French drain installed in my existing basement to deal with water seepage issues. The job took 2 1/2 days and was challenging due to having to work around footers that supported the stairs. The crew moved through each obstacle with speed and efficiency. I was also impressed by how clean they were. They even put up plastic walls to keep dust out of the rest of the basement. When they left, the floor was probably cleaner than when they arrived! With all the recent rain I can now hear the water trickling from the new drain pipe into my sump pit. "After some heavy rain we had water in a corner of the basement. I contacted Randy for an estimate. He arrived promptly and was very knowledge about our problem and how to fix it. He also had some suggestions on landscaping. He provided an estimate on the spot which was less than we expected. He also provides a guarnetee that his fix will solve the problem.
His crew showed up the next week (very quick response time from estimate to work completion). There were about 5 people doing the work under Randy's supervision. It took them about 3 hours to do the work. They also inspected and tested the sump pump to make sure it was in working condition.
After the work is complete Randy sent a written guarentee as promised.
Since the work was completed we have had some heavy rainfall (about 3 inches) and the basement is dry as a bone.
