"The project was very much discussed and we put all our ideas together and Dimitry shared some of his ideas of what might be some better options that we had not thought of previously going into these projects. One big suggestion was do the cabinetry in a white shade instead of using a color because he reminded us it would be much easier to change your wall colors and much more difficult to repaint the cabinetry. This worked out great and we did the same thing for the linen cabinetry in the hallway. In the bathroom he added 2 floating shelves in natural wood shade on one wall and made a super large framed mirror directly across from the shelves above the double sinks, and kept these in a natural wood shade also, looked great and added another color tone to the room which created more excitement. Self closing drawers, meticulous workmanship and full of super suggestions. I wanted a bit more added to our mirror, it just needed a bit more wood and he came out and suggested an idea and then made a return trip and added it and the mirror looked just the way I wanted it to be. Dimitry is a true Artisan, he will please you and his mastery of custom cabinetry will speak for itself."

"Andres and the entire Hernandez painting team did a fabulous job on our project. We had them paint the exterior of our home to a dramatically different color, and also paint/stain interior trim and baseboards. They are meticulous and very detail oriented. They prep each area thoroughly to ensure things are done extremely well and will not require additional work. For enameling some closet and bedroom doors and baseboards, they built an enclosed tent in our garage to spray things beautifully while protecting the area. For the very few small examples where touch up and refinements were needed, Andres and the team welcome and encourage feedback to ensure you are completely satisfied. They are efficient and do a terrific job. Andres (the owner) was at our job site each and every day of the project. This type of owner/operator model is what I truly love in working with a home service provider. Owners care and ensure a terrific job is done. Andres certainly fits that description and more."

Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."
