"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish

"We called Cady Handyman Services and a pleasant gentleman discussed our deck project.
Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.

With our project completed we are now looking forward to the winter to come.

"This is the second time I have used Mitch do work on my home. I was so pleased with him the first time, I had no hesitancy hiring him again. This time he made repairs to the exterior of the house to prepare it for sale--replace rotting garbage door trim, repaint exterior trim, replace several widow panes, power wash side of house and pavers. Everything was done at a reasonable price, on time, quietly and cleanly. I was very pleased. Not only that, but once the job was done, I asked him for a recommendation for someone to paint a bay window inside my house and he offered to do it himself for free, even going and buying a can of paint to match a chip from the window himself!
