I am over the top elated with the work I had done in my garage and home from Twin Cities Closets! I had storage closets put in my garage and a wall board for hanging rakes, shovels, etc. I had a pantry made out of my coat closet in the kitchen and it’s so functional, and clean looking. I had cabinets put in my laundry room with a storage closet, beautiful! Dylan who did the installing was friendly, knowledgeable about his work, courteous, and had the best manners I’ve ever seen in a young man in a long time! He is welcome at my home anytime.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. The staff were all very pleasant, the in-home consult was great, the in-store presentation provided great detail and options, and the scheduling, payment, and install went extremely well! We could not have been more happy with the outcome. It looks much, much better. We have the additional storage space to replace what the builder failed to provide and the entire process was thoroughly professional. The installers finished in less time than they originally estimated. The cost we felt was very reasonable for the service provided

I very seldom write reviews but in this case I made an exception. I wanted others to hear of how happy we were with Twin Cities Closet Company. From the very first appointment we felt comfortable and had the feeling that we were in the hands of professionals, so good that we went ahead and ordered the recommended design. The schedules install date was set and adhered to in every way even being completed in one day. There was wonderful follow-up at every stage along the way, and the install was beautifully done. I would enthusiastically recommend them for anyone and look forward to using them again.

Our designer was excellent. She listened to what we were thinking but then offered her design thoughts and we really appreciated her input. We were able to continue tweaking our design with her and then finalized everything, paid, and when it was our install day, everything went very smoothly. While things weren't perfect the first time, they were quickly remedied and we are very happy. They install a quality product that we have been very pleased with.

It went great! Mary and Julie were excellent to work with. Mary created a beautiful design for our master bedroom closet that makes our closet much more functional than it was. Julie was able to get us in earlier than anticipated which was AWESOME! They are VERY responsive to emails, questions, and go out of their way to drop off samples. They provided clothes racks for us while we were waiting for our closets to be installed, and while they were taken apart. The installer was very nice, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend TCCC over the other two companies in the area that do the same thing. They do an excellent job!

Loved the look of the scoop front drawers in my pantry! The built in closets are perfect and untilze all the space in my small closets!!! Of the three quotes I got TCCC was in the middle but the design and consultant is what my end choice was based on.

Our designer, Chi, created a beautiful design that included exactly what we needed. TC Closets installed a few weeks later and the final product is very high quality and absolutely beautiful. I strongly recommend TC closets for any closet, pantry or storage project.

I could not have asked for a better experience from Twin Cities Closet Company. The entire process moved quickly--I heard from Julie within two hours of my initial inquiry, and Therese was able to come to our home on the first day we were available. She was receptive to what we needed in terms of storage and incorporated all our requests into a beautiful, functional design. Plus the pricing was under what we anticipated, and included the cost of hardware! Once we signed the contract, our installation happened less than three weeks later. The crew installed everything while we were at work, so we didn't need to take time off for the project. Installation was supposed to be completed in a few hours, and for the most part it was. However when Therese stopped by to admire the finished product, she noticed that our floors were somewhat uneven (not surprising in an older home). This caused part of the wardrobe to be flush with the floor but part of it showed a gap. She had the workers come back a couple days later and install trim around the base of the wardrobe to give it a uniform look...at no extra charge to us! That small act spoke volumes to us: there was great attention to detail used in our project and we were not nickeled and dimed over every little thing. We are so impressed with our entire experience, from inquiry to installation, and would happily recommend Twin Cities Closet Company to anyone.

My wife and I hired Jean and her husband with Twin Cities Closets to do the estimate for our master and kids closets. Due to budget we only chose to do the kids closet at this time. The closet was designed and completed exactly to our specs and our requests. They were fast, efficient, and clean. All I can say is they did a great job on our 15' X 13' master closet. WE are very happy and once we save up some more we will have them back to re do more!

We have hired Twin City Closets in two previous homes; this is the third one. Initially, we traveled around the Twin Cities looking at closet companies and getting estimates. Twin City was small and local-owned. We try to support those kinds of businesses. They were also very competitive in their pricing, had a superior design staff and we found their product and service was excellent. We have never shopped for another company.
At one home, we also had them design and install cabinetry and a work bench into our garage. They are honest and detail oriented; they keep you posted throughout the project. They are neat and clean on the job; and incredibly efficient.; mess and noise are minimal.

The design team (led by Sarah) came to the house soon after I called for the appointment. She measured and asked questions about what I needed in my closets and made some suggestions. Two weeks later I saw the final designs and put down a deposit so work could begin. I selected the day for the build. The construction techs showed up on time and had the entire job done and cleaned up in three hours. The were friendly and professional. I now have three times more storage space than before in the closets with no increase in square footage. That's worth every dollar.

The total time for completion was only 3 weeks from the time we first talked to her. She has also designed and installed an entertainment center for us. I felt the cost was reasonable. She was nice and easy to deal with. They did a wonderful job. It took a couple more hours than originally scheduled because of a problem with a vent, but they took care of it and finished the installation in one day. They were very professional. I bet the installer took off his shoes 200 times going back and forth from his truck.

TCC did a second install for us in our house. We'd used them before in our condo, and they'd done a fabulous job before. However on this second occasion, our experience has been rather different. The people at TCC are nice people and want to do a good job. However, we've had problems with our install this time around (wood quality, workmanship) and we've now just had another issue with our laundry basket snapping off after only a few months of use. Also, when I asked for help in creating custom doors for the space, all I was told by the sales rep is that they 'don't do that' - so now I'm having to shop around for another contractor to help me with that - meanwhile, I have had open closets for several months! TCC are really responsive when there is an issue, and very friendly - the owner is highly accountable for the issues we've experienced and wants to do the best job. However, it is a little disappointing that we've had a less than perfect experience this time. I would consider using them again, as I like the fact that they are local, and the company is nice to work with, but I would not be as confident in their install and the value for money as I have been on previous occasions.

They were easy to work with, on time, professional, and had many good ideas of how to best use the space I had to get the most out of it. They spent a lot of time with me making sure that I was getting what I wanted, and they stand behind their work, making any adjustments necessary after the installation. The product is high quality and reasonably priced. The installer was neat, professional, and on time. The whole process was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

FORGET CALIFORNIA CLOSETS!!! If you want a truly personalized experience at an affordable price than look no further than Twin Cities Closets. TCC is not a national franchise and therefore you work directly with the owners (Gillett and Jim) and their team. The quality is comparable to California Closets if you work direct, but superior if you buy from a warehouse club or national retailer. The major value you gain by working with these guys is an attitude that they will take time to understand your needs and "trouble areas", and find solutions that are within your price range. The company has a "do it right or we will make it right" attitude that is not found in national chains. These guys are without a doubt the best in town and I would recommend them without reservation no matter how large or small the project. Buy locally and support Twin Cities Closets! Kudos to Gillett and Jim for creating a wonderful business.

The unit looks wonderful. We have had many compliments on the unit and the in-laws, who are using the bed full time currently, say the bed is very comfortable. This was the first wallbed of this style that Twin Cities Closet put in, so there were some issues. It took several trips to finally get the job done right, and a little prodding on my part. But Jim and Gillette were, for the most part, responsive, and the final product does meet our expectations. I can't give them straight A's because of the overall timeline and necessary prodding, but in the end, we are very happy with our wallbed. Great space saving product, by the way.
